Function Description: The cleaning and sewage suction truck is a specialized vehicle that combines both cleaning and sewage suction functions. It is based on a high-pressure cleaning truck and is equipped with a sewage suction pump, sewage suction tank, and sewage suction piping.
It consists of two tanks, two pumps (a high-pressure cleaning pump and a vacuum sewage suction pump), and two sets of piping systems.
Upper Unit Configuration:
1. The wastewater tank is constructed from high-quality steel plates manufactured by Wuhan Iron and Steel, with a wall thickness of 6 mm. A baffle plate is strategically positioned in the center of the tank to prevent sloshing.
2. The volume of the wastewater and clean water tanks can be freely allocated according to user requirements. The system features a wastewater-to-clean-water transfer function and is equipped with a stainless steel filter screen.
3. The wastewater tank and clean water tank are interconnected. (with a stainless steel filter screen installed in the middle)
4. The water tank inlet features a ball valve-type fire hydrant (easy to operate and durable), equipped with a fire hose connection and a pagoda-style hand valve for washing.
5. The high-pressure pump is a German Pinfu 215L model with a pressure of 22 MPa, equipped with two large-bore stainless steel filter screens (to prevent impurities from entering the high-pressure pump)
6. The sewage suction pump uses the Shandong Zibo Haosai SK-12 water-circulating vacuum pump, featuring high precision and strong suction
7. An anti-overflow valve is installed on the top of the sewage tank, and two stainless steel filters are installed at the vacuum pump’s air inlet (to prevent debris from entering the vacuum pump)
8. The vacuum pump is equipped with a drain valve; the pump base is designed with a ground clearance of over 26 cm, ensuring high operational efficiency
9. The rear high-pressure hose reel is secured with a triangular double-bolt mounting, providing stable and reliable support; the reel is enlarged and reinforced, and includes a hose rinse nozzle (allowing the high-pressure hose to be rinsed during retraction after use)
10. Hose storage platforms on both sides feature checkered plate surfaces, galvanized protective mesh, and checkered anti-slip guardrails, ensuring both aesthetics and durability
11. All control systems are neatly arranged within the control panel, complete with operating instructions and safety precautions (to prevent incorrect operation)
12. A 100mm shock-resistant pressure gauge is installed on both the high-pressure three-way valve and the suction four-way valve. This design withstands environmental vibrations and minimizes the impact of pressure pulsations in the medium, providing an accurate real-time pressure reading
13. Standard configuration includes one toolbox, one 100mm suction port, and one 100mm discharge port (with ball valve and lever)
14. Equipped with an air-blow-out function (for northern regions), which effectively blows out residual water from the high-pressure hoses and pump during winter, preventing them from freezing and cracking.

What is the packaging method for your special vehicles?
