Packaging
What is the packaging method for your special vehicles?
We adopt professional export packaging solutions. For large-sized vehicles like TMA Trucks (Impact Protection Vehicles) and Fire Trucks, we use steel frame + rain cloth to ensure safety during transportation. For small components and accessories, we use standard export wooden cases. Custom packaging is also available according to customer requirements.
Factory & Qualification
Are you a factory or a trading company? Do you have relevant certifications?
We are an integrated manufacturer and trader with our own factory. We hold ISO9001 certification, National Vehicle Production Announcement, and CCC certification. All our products, including Tanker Trucks and Aerial Work Platforms, comply with international quality standards. We welcome global customers to visit our factory at any time.
Delivery Time
How long will it take to produce a custom-made vehicle?
The production cycle varies according to the model.
- For standard models: 20-30 working days after deposit.
- For custom projects (e.g., customized Emergency Support Vehicles or Refueling Trucks): 35-50 working days.
The specific delivery date will be confirmed with you before ordering.
Payment Terms
What payment methods do you support?
We support T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) as the primary payment method.
- Deposit: 50% T/T for production arrangement.
- Balance: 50% balance paid before shipment. We will send you photos and videos of the finished vehicle for inspection before you pay the balance.
Shipping Method
How do you ship heavy-duty vehicles overseas?
We offer professional logistics solutions:
- Large Vehicles (Trucks, Cranes, Fire Trucks): Shipped by RORO (Roll-on/Roll-off) ship or Bulk Carrier.
- Small Vehicles/Units: Shipped by Container.

Customization
Can you modify the vehicle according to our specific needs?
Yes, professional customization is our strength. We can customize:
- Specialized Equipment: Install TMA (Traffic Memory Attenuator) systems, emergency power supply units, etc.
- Body Design: Custom color, logo, and internal structure for Catering Trucks or Rescue Vehicles.
- Technical Data: We can provide drawing

Do you provide technical drawings and necessary certificates?
Yes. We can provide original CAD drawings and necessary export documents (e.g., COA, Vehicle Inspection Report, Certificate of Origin). For markets requiring CE certification, we can apply for it through our third-party testing agency.
After-Sales Service
What after-sales services do you provide for overseas customers?
We provide 1-year warranty for the whole vehicle (excluding man-made damage).
- On-site Service: We can send engineers to provide on-site installation and training (for products like Aerial Work Platforms).
- Remote Guidance: Provide 24/7 online technical support via WhatsApp/WeChat.
- Wear Parts: We supply long-term wear parts at cost price.
