Upper Structure Specifications:
1. The sludge tank has a capacity of approximately 7 cubic meters and is constructed from high-quality steel plates from Wuhan Iron and Steel. 6. The sewage suction pump uses the Shandong Zibo Haosai SK-12 water-circulating vacuum pump, featuring high precision and strong suction; the pump head is designed with an oil seal to prevent dripping
7. An anti-overflow valve is installed on the top of the sewage tank, and two stainless steel filters are installed at the vacuum pump’s air inlet (to prevent debris from entering the vacuum pump)
8. The vacuum pump is equipped with a drain valve; the pump base is designed to be at least 26 cm above the ground, ensuring high throughput
9. The rear high-pressure hose reel is secured with a triangular double-bolt fastening for stability and reliability; the reel is enlarged and reinforced, and includes a hose rinse nozzle (allowing the high-pressure hose to be rinsed during retraction after use)
10. The pipe-laying platforms on both sides are covered with checkered plates, featuring galvanized protective mesh and checkered anti-slip guardrails for an attractive and durable design.
11. All control systems are neatly arranged inside the control cabinet, complete with operating instructions and safety precautions (to prevent accidental operation)
12. A 100mm diameter shock-resistant pressure gauge is installed at both the high-pressure three-way valve and the suction four-way valve locations. This gauge withstands vibrations in the working environment and minimizes the impact of pressure pulsations in the medium, accurately displaying the actual pressure.
13. Standard configuration includes one toolbox, one 100mm suction port, and one 150mm discharge port (with ball valve and lever)
14. Equipped with an air-blow-out function (for northern regions), which effectively blows out residual water from the high-pressure pipes and pump during winter, preventing them from freezing and cracking.
