● During the warranty period (one year from the date of purchase), if a fault is reported to our company, the after-sales service department will respond within 24 hours. The repair cost is free of charge (excluding vulnerable parts and electrical components).
● After the warranty period, our company implements lifelong maintenance for all sold vehicles, and labor costs, travel expenses, and repair costs are only calculated based on cost.

What is the packaging method for your special vehicles?
We adopt professional export packaging solutions. For large-sized vehicles like TMA Trucks (Impact Protection Vehicles) and Fire Trucks, we use steel frame + rain cloth to ensure safety during transportation. For small components and accessories, we use standard export wooden cases. Custom packaging is also available according to customer requirements.
