Operating Mechanism
The fully automatic control system features in-cab operation and integrated hydraulic and electrical controls for both forward and reverse movements. It employs an imported PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) for integrated control, ensuring that all operational commands are executed in sequence through pre-set logic circuits, thereby enabling the automatic cyclic operation of the slide plate and scraper.
Semi-automatic Control System
The system employs a combined hydraulic-electric control mechanism to operate the flipping and compaction mechanisms, ensuring precise and reliable movement of each component and enhancing operational reliability and efficiency.
Loading Device (Optional)
Depending on their specific waste collection methods, users can choose from various bin-tipping mechanisms, such as hook-type tipping, scoop-type tipping, and swing-arm tipping mechanisms.
Body Structure
Depending on regulatory requirements, the trash container can be configured with either a rectangular body or the new curved-body design. The entire structure is welded from high-strength, wear-resistant steel plates, featuring a well-designed, robust frame. Its clean, aesthetic appearance ensures excellent structural integrity and resistance to deformation. The push blade consists of a steel tube frame and curved panels, offering a lightweight structure while improving waste flow for clean and thorough unloading.
Compaction Mechanism
The compaction mechanism consists of components such as a slide plate and a scraper. It compresses the waste from the hopper into the body by utilizing the vertical movement of the slide plate and the rotation of the scraper. The interconnected components are constructed from high-strength beams and plates with excellent load-bearing capacity, while the hopper is made of wear-resistant, high-strength steel, ensuring superior wear resistance and extended service life. A wastewater tank is installed beneath the loader to prevent secondary contamination.

The wastewater collection tank at the bottom of the unit prevents wastewater from leaking out, effectively preventing secondary contamination.

Service Description
● During the warranty period (one year from the date of purchase), if a fault is reported to our company, the after-sales service department will respond within 24 hours. Based on the fault situation, we will provide quality warranty through mailing parts, phone guidance for replacement, or on-site service. The repair cost is free of charge (excluding vulnerable parts and electrical components).
● After the warranty period, our company implements lifelong maintenance for all sold vehicles, and labor costs, travel expenses, and repair costs are only calculated based on cost.
● The newly purchased vehicle will be guided by our company's professional delivery driver to learn the theory and practical operation, master the working principles and functions of the vehicle, enable users to operate correctly and proficiently, and learn the daily maintenance and general technical troubleshooting methods of the vehicle.

What is the packaging method for your special vehicles?
We adopt professional export packaging solutions. For large-sized vehicles like TMA Trucks (Impact Protection Vehicles) and Fire Trucks, we use steel frame + rain cloth to ensure safety during transportation. For small components and accessories, we use standard export wooden cases. Custom packaging is also available according to customer requirements.

- For standard models: 20-30 working days after deposit.
- For custom projects (e.g., customized Emergency Support Vehicles or Refueling Trucks): 35-50 working days.

What payment methods do you support?
We support T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) as the primary payment method.
- Deposit: 50% T/T for production arrangement.
- Balance: 50% balance paid before shipment. We will send you photos and videos of the finished vehicle for inspection before you pay the balance.
