Chassis Specifications:
Features a National VI Dongfeng Tianjin D530 half-cab standard roof chassis, a Cummins B62NS6B210 National VI engine, a Dongfeng 8JS85TE-C transmission, a 4,700 mm wheelbase, a frame: 250x80x7+4, front and rear axles: 4.5T/9T single-reduction, 160L aluminum fuel tank, 275/70R22.5 18PR tires, Power windows, dashcam, air suspension, front-mounted exhaust, front disc/rear drum brakes, ABS with air-over-hydraulic braking, power steering, clutch assist, EBS (Electronic Air Brake System), FCWS/LDWS (Forward Collision Warning/Lane Departure Warning), TPMS (Front Axle Single-Tire Pressure Monitoring), equipped with factory-installed air conditioning.
Upper Structure Configuration (Base Configuration - Single Compartment):
Tank body: square-round shape, 13.4 cubic meters capacity, single compartment, 5182 aluminum alloy material, 5.5mm wall thickness for the cylinder, 5.7mm for the heads, one aluminum alloy European-standard manhole with built-in breather valve at the center of the tank top, manual aluminum alloy guardrails on both sides of the tank top, equipped with an aluminum alloy rear ladder (removable). Control cabinet (aluminum alloy) includes one set of explosion-proof lights; the exterior of the control cabinet is equipped with one set of static discharge reels. Fuel pump: aluminum alloy fuel pump (mechanical seal type); flow meter: Hefei Jingda Instrument 0.2-class accuracy, 50mm nominal diameter wheel-type flow meter; filter separator: 5-element filter (including 2 separation and 3 coalescing filter elements). Gravity refueling system: 15-meter jet fuel-specific hose reel with dedicated jet fuel nozzle; level gauge: 4-inch aluminum alloy dial; operation control: integrated control system. The discharge box on the left side of the tank is equipped with a vapor recovery system; a voice-alarm emergency shut-off valve has been added in accordance with new regulations; a red emergency shut-off valve button is installed at the rear of the tank. Includes one standard aluminum alloy toolbox and two discharge hoses. A 1-inch drain valve is installed at the front end of each aluminum alloy round barrel-shaped pipe on both sides of the tank. All compartments are equipped with container locking bars for user-installed locks. A rubber plug is installed at the bottom of the outlet compartment. Plastic fire extinguisher holders (8 kg) are mounted on both sides of the tank’s rear.
An aluminum alloy anti-slip mesh walkway is installed inside the tank roof panels. The rear protective bumper is manufactured in an I-beam shape as shown in the announcement photos, with equal upper and lower lengths; the lower section is movable and can be flipped backward. Safety warning signs are installed on the left, right, and rear sides of the tank body (dimensions: 500 x 550 mm). All vehicle accessories are made of aluminum alloy and bear specialized hazardous materials markings. Two static grounding straps are provided. The gaps in the rear chassis crossmembers are sealed with aluminum alloy anti-slip corrugated plates.

● During the warranty period (one year from the date of purchase), if a fault is reported to our company, the after-sales service department will respond within 24 hours. Based on the fault situation, we will provide quality warranty through mailing parts, phone guidance for replacement, or on-site service. The repair cost is free of charge (excluding vulnerable parts and electrical components).
● After the warranty period, our company implements lifelong maintenance for all sold vehicles, and labor costs, travel expenses, and repair costs are only calculated based on cost.
● The newly purchased vehicle will be guided by our company's professional delivery driver to learn the theory and practical operation, master the working principles and functions of the vehicle, enable users to operate correctly and proficiently, and learn the daily maintenance and general technical troubleshooting methods of the vehicle.

What is the packaging method for your special vehicles?
We adopt professional export packaging solutions. For large-sized vehicles like TMA Trucks (Impact Protection Vehicles) and Fire Trucks, we use steel frame + rain cloth to ensure safety during transportation. For small components and accessories, we use standard export wooden cases. Custom packaging is also available according to customer requirements.

- Deposit: 50% T/T for production arrangement.
