Chassis Specifications: Dongfeng D9 1.5-ton cab-over-engine truck with forward-tilting cab; optional Cummins 210 hp or Yuchai 200 hp National VI engine; 4,500 mm wheelbase; Dongfeng 6-speed transmission;ABS, air brakes, power steering, clutch assist, 295-series tubeless tires, factory-installed air conditioning, and an exhaust purification system with a urea tank that meets National VI emission standards. Environmental approval has been granted; hassle-free registration.Body Configuration: 4mm-thick waste bin, 5mm-thick high-strength manganese steel floor, 12 cubic meter capacity, available in either curved or square body styles, featuring combined electric, pneumatic, and hydraulic controls with both manual and electric operating systems; rear loading system with one-button cycle operation, one set on each side of the rear; one electric unloading system inside the cab. Features of the Compactor Garbage Truck: 1. Equipped with manual repetitive compaction and peristaltic compaction functions, offering a high compression ratio, large loading capacity, excellent power performance, and environmental friendliness. The vehicle achieves high overall utilization and performance on par with domestic advanced standards. 2. Scientific Design: Utilizes computer-aided 3D design. Scientific analysis and calculation of dynamic forces. The body adopts a rectangular structure with a flat bottom and curved side and top surfaces, resulting in an aesthetically pleasing appearance, light weight, excellent load-bearing capacity, resistance to deformation, high rigidity, and high strength. The push blade and scraper structure is designed for optimal force distribution. 3. Strong compression force: This vehicle features a push-blade back-pressure bidirectional compression function (a feature not commonly found in many domestic compression trucks). The compression ratio can reach 2.5 or higher; after compression, the density of household waste can exceed 600–800 kg/m³. Advantages of the Compaction Garbage Truck: 1. High Compression Ratio and Large Loading Capacity: With a maximum crushing pressure of 12 tons, its loading capacity is two and a half times that of non-compaction garbage trucks of the same tonnage class. 3. Automated operation: Equipped with a computerized control system, all loading and unloading operations require minimal driver intervention. Two operating modes—fully automatic and semi-automatic—can be set, not only reducing the physical strain on sanitation workers but also significantly improving the working environment. 4. Cost-effective: During operation, the computerized control system automatically regulates the throttle. 5. Dual-system operation: The system features both computer-controlled and manual operation modes, significantly ensuring and enhancing vehicle utilization. 6. Tipping mechanism: An optional tipping mechanism equipped with a waste bin (or bucket) is available.

Service Description
● During the warranty period (one year from the date of purchase), if a fault is reported to our company, the after-sales service department will respond within 24 hours. Based on the fault situation, we will provide quality warranty through mailing parts, phone guidance for replacement, or on-site service. The repair cost is free of charge (excluding vulnerable parts and electrical components).
● After the warranty period, our company implements lifelong maintenance for all sold vehicles, and labor costs, travel expenses, and repair costs are only calculated based on cost.
● The newly purchased vehicle will be guided by our company's professional delivery driver to learn the theory and practical operation, master the working principles and functions of the vehicle, enable users to operate correctly and proficiently, and learn the daily maintenance and general technical troubleshooting methods of the vehicle.

What is the packaging method for your special vehicles?
We adopt professional export packaging solutions. For large-sized vehicles like TMA Trucks (Impact Protection Vehicles) and Fire Trucks, we use steel frame + rain cloth to ensure safety during transportation. For small components and accessories, we use standard export wooden cases. Custom packaging is also available according to customer requirements.

- Deposit: 50% T/T for production arrangement.
- Balance: 50% balance paid before shipment. We will send you photos and videos of the finished vehicle for inspection before you pay the balance.
